Description

Harris Cryostar cryogenic freezer includes power-out alarm and liquid nitrogen backup. Remote capable. Rated to -150C (= -238F) @230V. Tested to -135C (= -211F) on 208V AC source. Electric operation greatly reduces cost of operation as compared with liquid nitrogen-only freezers. Pre set up for liquid nitrogen backup in case of electric power failure. Simultaneous use of both electricity and LN may allow for lower temperatures if desired. This freezer is Used, In excellent running condition, with only very minor cosmetic flaws. Ideal for cryostorage of vaccines and biologicals, May also be used for storage or cryotreatment of materials. Nearly 7 cubic ft. of easily accessable top-loading freezer space. Top brand when new.
